The Artful Mamas Circle is a Process Painting workshop series designed to bring awareness to your strengths, nurture your intuition, and develop the confidence to be creative in all areas of your life. Process Painting is not about the outcome or product, and therefore a great way to express yourself freely, and spontaneously, in a supportive and non-judgmental setting. During each session the facilitator provides one-on-one support to assist you on your creative quest! This workshop is a great primer for labor, motherhood or any other personal endeavor which requires us to be present, and trust our own inner wisdom.
